Roseman University of Health Sciences
The Partnership
Roseman University of Health Sciences (Roseman University) is a non-profit, private institution of higher learning, specializing in training the next generation of undergraduate and graduate level healthcare professionals. Roseman’s alumni serve, collaborate, and set new standards in their communities and within their professions.
The university’s mission is to advance healthcare education through its innovative model, while disseminating new knowledge to impact the health, education, and wellness of the communities it serves.
The Action
Tying to its mission, Roseman has the unique capacity and responsibility to improve the lives of Nevadans and Utahans, driving the two states forward through advanced healthcare education, knowledge discovery, and collaboration.
In October 2019, Tripp Umbach was retained by Roseman University to provide comprehensive analysis on the economic, employment, government revenue, and community benefits that arise from university operations. Tripp Umbach is nationally recognized as the leader in measuring the economic impact of academic medical centers, healthcare organizations, universities, and bioscience organizations.
The Outcome
The report quantified the economic impacts generated by Roseman University throughout several geographies in the mountain west region. The report also gave university leaders the analysis to support their communications around the current economic, employment, and government revenue impacts associated with university operations.
